Friends have always asked me for recipes. The scallion oil noodles I make at midnight. The braised pork belly I bring to every dinner party. The chili crisp I put on everything. So I decided to start writing them down.
This site is for homecooks who actually cook. Not to impress anyone. Not to replicate a restaurant. Just to make something genuinely good, at home, for the people you love feeding.
Everything I share here: recipes, condiments, dinners, is made with that same intention: precise where it matters, generous where it counts.
